What data is used and why

This website has no contact form, newsletter, comments or advertising tools. If you email or call, the contact information and conversation content you provide are used to answer your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation.

Handling correspondence is based on the legitimate interest in professional communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you request steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. Providing information is voluntary, but contact details are needed to respond.

Accessibility preferences and cookies

The website code does not add analytics or advertising cookies or load external fonts, maps, videos or tracking buttons. If you choose accessibility settings, they may be stored only in your browser under the key vp.preferences.v1. They contain display and motion preferences only and are not sent to the website operator. Use “Reset settings” or clear site data in your browser to remove them.

Hosting and external services

The website is delivered through hosting used by the website operator. The hosting service may process technical data needed to deliver and secure pages, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. The portfolio itself does not require an account or sign-in.

Direct correspondence is handled by an email provider. Hosting, email and technical service providers may access data as necessary to provide those services. The platform provider’s terms explain its processing locations, transfers outside the EEA and applicable safeguards.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, where justified, until cooperation and relevant legal obligations or claim periods have ended. Accessibility preferences remain in your browser until you remove them.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the email address above. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
